Designed specifically for high-current charging scenarios, the Charging Cable Cooling System provides 3.5kW of precise thermal management and is suitable for 800A single-cable or 600A dual-cable applications. Core by utilizing a 5L/min flow rate circulation system and 1,200m³/h of forced air cooling, the system maintains stable operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to 50°C, while maintaining power consumption strictly under 300W.

The PA12 polymer tubing is compatible with a variety of dielectric coolants and incorporates a PT1000 temperature sensor (±0.15°C accuracy), 0-1MPa pressure monitoring, and a 30% fluid level warning to provide multiple protection mechanisms. RS485 industrial communication supports remote status monitoring, meeting the requirements of internal charging terminal integration.
