Product Introduction
UAE-1K040B-SX is a 40kW isolated DCDC charging module designed for new energy charging systems. It supports a DC input voltage of 250-850V and an output range of 150-1000V, which can flexibly adapt to the charging needs of different battery packs. The module adopts a dual-mode design. The maximum output is 80A in high-voltage mode (500-1000V), and it supports a high current of 133.3A in low-voltage mode (150-500V), which can meet the full power output of 40kW, with a typical efficiency of 97.5% and a peak efficiency of up to 98%. The built-in intelligent temperature control system can operate stably in a wide temperature environment of -40°C to 75°C, and achieves an IP54 protection level through a colloid potting process, effectively coping with harsh working conditions such as high humidity and dust.
The module integrates multiple safety protection mechanisms, including input overvoltage/undervoltage protection, output overcurrent/overtemperature protection and hardware-level OVP protection, and cooperates with CAN bus communication to achieve remote monitoring and fault diagnosis. The compact design (300×437.5×84mm) and 14.45kg lightweight structure support multi-module parallel expansion and are suitable for high-density charging scenarios.
