Product Introduction
UXC95050B 20kw Bi-directional DCDC Charging Module is a high-frequency isolated bidirectional DC conversion module designed for new energy charging and energy storage systems. The module supports an ultra-wide voltage range of 200-950V, a maximum power of 20kW, and a bidirectional energy transmission efficiency of up to 98.5% for charging and discharging. It is suitable for a variety of energy storage units such as lithium batteries and supercapacitors. With intelligent temperature control design, it can operate stably in harsh environments from -40℃ to 75℃, and can still maintain 3kW output when it is linearly derated from 55℃ to 75℃. The module has built-in multiple protection mechanisms, including overvoltage/undervoltage protection, short-circuit protection and CAN bus communication redundancy, and supports ≤60 units in parallel operation with a current imbalance of ≤±5%.
The product is built based on nine years of experience in the research and development of new energy equipment, has independent technology patents, complies with international standards such as NB/T 33001 and IEC 61000, and has passed ROHS environmental protection certification. The full glue filling process and IP54 protection level ensure reliability under harsh working conditions, and are equipped with a professional operation and maintenance support system to provide full life cycle technical services. The compact design (85×226×376mm) and hot-swappable structure facilitate system integration and maintenance, and are suitable for flexible deployment in scenarios such as industrial and commercial energy storage and integrated photovoltaic storage and charging.
